Easy as ABC? - Richard takes on the Jodrell Bank circuit again

After a long season hallmarked by foul weather, the morning of Saturday 8th September was pleasant and blue-skied for another 25-mile race around the Jodrell Bank circuit, this time hosted by ABC Centreville. Unfortunately, I didn't live up to my hopes of bettering the 1hr 3min ride I had clocked on this course earlier in the year, and turned out a fairly dire 1:5:33.

I'm flicking through my racers' handbook of excuses to assign various reasons but haven't come up with anything appropriate yet.

Simon Bridge (Manchester Wheelers) was, once more, worthy winner with 52:54.
